Eligibility Criteria and Application process:

To be eligible for a Poland Work Permit, you must meet certain criteria:

1. Job Offer: You must have a confirmed job offer from a Polish employer. The employer needs to provide justification for hiring a non-EU/EEA worker and demonstrate that the position cannot be filled by a resident worker.
2. Valid Passport: You must possess a valid passport with a minimum validity period that extends beyond the duration of the work permit.

Application Process

The application process for a Poland Work Permit generally involves the following steps:

1. Job Offer and Contract: Secure a job offer from a Polish employer and sign an employment contract outlining the terms and conditions of your employment.
2. Obtain Work Permit Approval: The employer needs to apply for a Work Permit approval on your behalf at the relevant Voivodeship Office in Poland. They will need to provide supporting documents, such as your employment contract, their company registration documents, and proof of justifications for hiring a non-EU/EEA worker.
3. Visa Application: Once the Work Permit is approved, you can apply for a National D-Visa (National Visa - D Type) at the Polish embassy or consulate in your home country. The visa allows you to enter Poland for the purpose of work.
4. Arrival in Polan: Upon arrival in Poland, you must register your stay at the local Voivodeship Office and obtain a Residence Card.
